Angelo Lima Fernandes, Chairman

Mr. Angelo Lima Fernandes founded Reality Info Systems, currently, he is handling the company as a Managing Director. He is known as a successful entrepreneur in the digital publishing and print industries. Mr. Fernandes is the man behind the emergence of Reality Info Systems, Picatype Systems Pvt Ltd. and Reality Premedia Services. He is a pioneering entrepreneur in the Indian printing and digital premedia verticals. An engineering graduate from College of Engineering Pune, Mr. Fernandes boasts of 28 years of enriched experience across industries.

Ajay Aggarwal, CEO & MD

Mr. Ajay Aggarwal possesses 25 years of experience in the Indian printing industry. He is one of the board members of Insight Group of companies and is the current CEO and MD of Insight Print Communications Pvt. Ltd. In the early years of his professional life, Mr. Ajay has worked with Wipro, which is one of the leading Indian IT companies. With a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering and a business degree in Finance from ICFAI, Mr. Ajay has played an exceptional role in making Insight Communications the largest supplier of printing equipment in India during the last 20 years. Today the company is known as the largest Graphic Arts Solutions Provider taking the lead position in CTPs with Kodak, Offset Machines with Komori, and Display and Sign with HP.

Nechalraj Singh Ahluwalia, Director

Mr. Nechalraj Singh Ahluwalia has 28 years of experience in managing the operations of various companies in the Printing and IT Hardware domains. He is an entrepreneur with sharp business acumen and agile thinking. Mr. Ahluwalia has been instrumental in establishing partnerships with foreign multinationals like HP, Apple, Kodak, Creo and Scitex and driving their growth in India. As one of the founders of Picatype Systems Pvt. Ltd., he began his illustrious journey. In due course of time, he made this company as one of the largest resellers of Apple computers in India. While serving as the Director of Insight Print Communications Pvt. Ltd., he contributed immensely to the development of HP Scitex brand in India. He is a Master of Commerce from University of Pune.

Nitin Palekar, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nitin takes care of Insight Print Communications Pvt. Ltd. finances. He supervises accounts, logistics & operations, taxation, and other related works at Insight Print Communications Pvt Ltd. Before, joining this company, he was an independent Chartered Accountant overseeing audits and taxation of several companies for 14 years. He has also worked for two overseas companies in Jakarta as CFO for 7 years. He has also served as the Director of Finance with the Insight Group of companies for 11 years. Mr. Nitin is a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai. He is also an F.C.A. from ICAI and C.S.(I) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ashish Save, Director

Mr. Ashish boasts of 20 years of experiences is sales and support domain. He is an engineer in Computer Technology and a known name in the Indian printing industry. He spearheads the business in the Western India region from Mumbai. At present, he is heading the HP division as well as supervising sales for HP, Kodak & Komori in Western India.

Sunil Thakeria, Director

With 28 years of experience in the Indian Print and Graphic Art industry, Mr. Sunil made his place among the board members. He is an Engineer and holds a Diploma in Management. He began his professional life with Micronic Devices, distributor of Intel. Later on, he worked for Abacus Computers Ltd. Mr. Sunil has been successfully leading Media Infotech for 23 years. He also boasts of comprehensive experience in the sales and marketing of Designjet Printers, HP Indigo Digital Press, Display and Signage printers in Western India. With his business insights and skills, he is leading Insights growth in the Digital Textile and Label industries.
